Cancellation policy & refunds
More than 24h out 100% refund. Automatic, no questions. Pack-redeemed bookings: the hours return to the pack.
24h to 4h before 50% refund. The other half offsets the room sitting empty when other members were waitlisted.
Under 4h · no-show Charged in full. Pack-redeemed bookings: the hours are consumed. If something genuinely came up, call the front desk — we try to be reasonable.
