Can I do acrylic at NYSF?
Yes — the Nail Studio is set up for acrylic, gel, dip, and natural nail work. Built-in downdraft extraction at every table, proper ventilation, and compliant chemical disposal in every studio. Bring your acrylic, your monomer, your forms; the room is ready for the full service.
Do I need to bring my own polish and gel?
Yes. The studio comes with towels, files, and disposables — but your polish, gel, e-file bits, and product line are yours to bring. Most members use the front-desk locker program to leave their kit on-floor.
Is there extraction for acrylic and dip?
Yes — every Nail table has built-in downdraft extraction. The room ventilation is tied to it, so air exchanges 6× per hour while you work. Lung-friendly for you and your client.
How does my client know how to find me?
When you book, you can add your client's contact to the reservation. They get a text 30 minutes before with the address, the floor, and the studio number.
Can I take payment from my client?
Yes — your client pays you however you normally take payment. We charge you for the table, you charge your client for the service. Two separate transactions.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Within 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable but you can move it once at no charge.
Are there same-day bookings?
Yes — Nail studios have a 15-minute lead time. If a table is open and clean right now, you can book it right now.
Can I book the same table every week?
If you want a guaranteed table every Tuesday at 10 AM, that's Private Membership — your own door, your own key, the same table always.
