We are a community of hundreds of producers, audio engineers, musicians, startups, designers, visual artists, therapists, filmmakers, photographers, music editors and more.

The NYSF Founder

Joseph Woolridge founded NY Studio Factory in 2000 while studying Fine Arts at Cooper Union. A native Brooklynite, Joseph has always worked to develop creativity in his community and with NYSF he has been able to support and champion hundreds of successful artists, musicians, designers, and entrepreneurs in Williamsburg and Bushwick.

Now in its 22nd year, with studio space across multiple buildings and locations, the NYSF community continues to grow and expand, supporting New York's entrepreneurial spirit and artistic creativity.
